Calculation of Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section Stock Price Index in Relation to Stock of BULL-DOG SAUCE CO. LTD.
The Tokyo Stock Exchange (“TSE”) announced today treatment on calculation of Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section Stock Price Index in relation to stock of BULL-DOG SAUCE CO. LTD. (Second Section, Code 2804: hereinafter the “Company”) , in response to stock purchase warrants issued by the Company.
The Company has disclosed it will issue stock purchase warrants to all shareholders of the Company. (The ratio of the allotment is 3 stock purchase warrants per a common stock of the Company.)
Treatment on index calculation (In the case that stock purchase warrants are issued)
* The number of listed shares of the Company for index calculation will increase by 57,055,695 shares (which are three times listed shares of the Company on July 4, 2007) after the close of trading in the stock on July 4, 2007.
* When the Company delivers its shares in return for acquisition of stock purchase warrants, or in exchange for exercised stock purchase warrants, a difference between the number of listed shares for index calculation and the actual number of listed shares will arise. In this case, the difference will be adjusted after the TSE separately makes an announcement with regards to the number of shares and the adjustment date.
Others
* The TSE will not conduct the treatment described above if the issuance of the stock purchase warrants is cancelled.
